Destructive patterns

You are aware of the damage your destructive patterns cause you and others, but you don't know how to change them.

You develop destructive patterns in your formative years through the negative influences of your parents or primary carers, teachers, and interactions with siblings and peers.

These patterns or habits are reinforced by repetition and when triggered later in life you behave almost robotically, resulting in the same negative outcome you always experience.

Although you are aware of these patterns, you seem powerless to change them. Attempts through the use of willpower are doomed to fail leaving you feeling guilt and self-loathing and undermining your self-esteem. All destructive patterns are acting out in the present unresolved issues or traumas from the past.

Attending the Greatness In You helps you to unearth and deal with these past issues and is the key to letting them go, giving you the freedom to establish new and healthier ones in the present.
